Still need BRD/MCH ideally, and this setup requires Apsalar playing on a class they didn't say they wanted to sub, I just saw they were 60 on the Loadstone.

I'll go map out times in a moment, as well as set-up a hit list for things we will need to do before we get into raiding (Get everyone able to do A9S, which means clearing A12N and having i245(?) to go into A9S.

Ideally, nobody will have below i250 weapon.
The best would be Kinna/Sophic at i255 (Or i260 Anima), but we could likely make do with the odd HQ crafted i250 with nice melds.

Take a quick peak at ideal cross class skills for your class. If you don't have all of them, this will likely mean leveling other things. Good utility is always nice.

I recommend looking at your options for i270 gear and map out your gear progressions. Specifically buying orders. I would shy away from buying Shire gear if the Alex stats are a better selection.

Basically, if you decide Alex pants are better than Aug Shire, don't buy the Shire pants if there are other Shire pieces that will be BiS.

Ideally, map out Page purchases as well. I use Ariyala for my gear mapping, and the gear weighting was nice to have there to figure out what you are going to be grabbing with your pages. Say you need the Alex belt and necklace, weighting will help you decide which you buy first (Assuming none have dropped).

The Healers will need to consult with each other and the tanks will need to consult each other with their ideal gear (Hopefully they will be completely different, but I have my doubts). Because the three Healer classes share gear and the three Tank classes share gear, you both may need the same piece that drops.

The best situation is a piece of gear drops that only one of you wants to use for Best in Slot. Realistically, that piece should go to them. If you both need it, figure something out before the raid between yourselves. If neither of you need it for BiS, roll anyways. Worst case, you have a filler i270 for the time being, until you get the Aug Shire in place.

I can't think of any other points to cover, really. We can discuss what chat we will use (I will need to grab a mic D:) for during the raid. I have a Linkshell set up for the group at the moment, I'll invite people as I can.

I'll go map out ideal times in a moment (7 A.M. and I've been up for almost 24 hours, my eyes are killing me).

If you have any concerns about this set-up, please, by all means, let me know. I will do my best to work things out.

Set-up 2 is what I'd like to run, but that will all depend on what you guys are comfortable with.

There is nothing stopping us (And would likely help, a lot) from starting with a Sophia Ex farm to get the i255 main hands, get a bit of practice working together and doing a lot of 8-man content as we gear up and get ready for Creator Savage.

I'm hoping I didn't mess up any names there, and that all of you were indeed wanting to do Creator Savage, and not just do Ex Primals and suddenly I've Shanghai'd you into Alex raiding.

Post here if any of this info is wrong, in need of updating, or you want to voice an opinion about something.

I would prefer to heal (AST), honestly because that's what I want to gear and that's where I feel most comfortable and most helpful to a team, so I prefer group set-up number 2.

I'm pretty busy during this holiday season but i'll do the best I can to get geared up as soon as possible. :D

Apsalar said they'd go Ninja, so we will be running with set-up 2. So Oryn is happy that they can heal, and I'm happy we have an AST. =D

So once we have times fleshed out I'd like to start with Sophia EX. That we can all go in with at least i255 weapons and we'll have a good handle on party dynamics.

If you are having a hard time getting Shire gear, Expert Roulette is your friend. 130 Lore + 90 Scripture a day. (I think it's 70/50 for the roulette, and 60/40 for the actual dungeon) I personally don't find Xelphatol or Gubal Hard that difficult and you can cap Scripture by running it 5 days a week.

Map out which i270 you'll want. Augmented Shire or Alexandrian. Keep your accuracy caps in mind while you sort that out. You can figure out your order for getting them if you have time, as I will be asking you to do this later.

Take a peak at what Cross Class skills you can pick up and think about leveling those classes a bit.

We will also need to figure out what chat we'll run. (Ideally with both text options and speech options) And as such, some of us might be needing a mic (like me).
Makes things easier if we can't hop on but need to get a hold of the group.

The best scenario is once we get Sophic Weapons on those that need them, everyone will have the iLvl to do A9S. I know i245 is a bit off for some, but get some Shire in the mean time and we can always get some crafted gear if we only need to boost a bit.
That will mean everyone has A9S unlocked, so Alex Normal needs to be cleared.

PS: Macros will go a long way. Having both healers Swiftcast Raise the same target is crippling (RIP MP). So set up macros on stuff like that, if you could. I know I need to. D:
